In-Person Registration

Player registrations are accepted during regular office hours. Please note that registration assistance may be limited during these times, and wait times may be longer than expected.

To better serve our members, the club will also offer three (3) dedicated In-Person Registration Days. During these events, additional registration stations and volunteers will be available to provide faster service, answer questions, assist with program selection, and help families complete the registration process.

These registration events are recommended for:

• New families registering for the first time
• Families requiring financial assistance or payment arrangements
• Players needing help selecting the appropriate program
• Anyone who prefers in-person support

 

Saturday, August  22 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm 

Saturday, September 12 from 10:00 - 2:00 pm

Saturday, September 26 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

In person sessions will be held at the Eastside Memorial Development Centre.

Early Registration Bonus

Players who are registered and fully paid by August 20, with EMFC in a CMSA program for the 2026 /27 Indoor Season can attend the Cavalry Summer Camp (August 24 - 27)  for no additional charge.  Register early.  Players are still required to register for the Camp as well.

This is for players aged  6 - 16 years old.

The event will be held at Marlborough Park Community Centre Fields, 6021 Madigan Drive NE, Calgary. 

Dates:  August 24 - 27,   held daily from 10.00 am - 3.00 pm 

 

Payment Arrangements

Players registering for the CMSA/City programs can make arrangements to split their payments as outlined.

Accounts must be kept current for the player to remain eligible to participate in Club activities. It is the responsibility of the player/parent to enusre their account is up to date. 

Preseason activities starts September  & League Play starts October  

Initial payment due at time of registration  - 50 % due

Second payment due November 1, 2026   - 25 due

Final payment due December 1 - 25 % due

Players registering for the EMFC Recreational Programs (Rising Stars / Community Stars) & Soccability programs can make arrangements to split their payments as follows:

Starting October 2026 (Fall)  - At time of registration - 50 %; remaining balance due November 10, 2026

Starting January 9, 2027 (Winter)  - At time of registration - 50 %; remaining balance due February 2, 2027

Starting April 10, 2027 (Spring)  - At time of registration - 50 %; remaining balance due May 4, 2027

Available Fee Subsidies

Fee subsidies for players may be available through KidSport     

.All subsidy applications must be submitted through the EMFC Office. The KidSport program is independent from EMFC and a separate application must be submitted to approval
